Businessman Mohamed Mansour described the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum as a global event that has captured the attention of international media, expressing his pride in contributing to the construction of this monumental landmark.
 
Speaking during the press conference held ahead of the museum’s opening, Mansour said the level of infrastructure and road development achieved in Egypt over recent years is remarkable, reflecting the scale of national progress.
 
He noted that the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum is expected to attract more than 5 million tourists annually, boosting Egypt’s tourism revenues and further strengthening its global position as a leading cultural and heritage destination.
 
Mansour added that the museum’s opening has received widespread coverage from global media outlets, emphasizing that such monumental projects contribute to positioning Egypt as a global hub for culture, tourism, and investment.
 
He also praised the ongoing urban development and infrastructure projects that have transformed the country, saying: “As I landed in Cairo yesterday, I was amazed by how much the road network has expanded, I could hardly recognize the routes. This reflects tremendous effort and progress that will ultimately benefit the entire nation.”
